The darkroom is my sacred place - a place where my process is a performance for the work I create. Hoping to better understand the human condition, I am often influenced by themes that dissect an internal struggle.
I have a compulsive interest in challenging the concept of a photograph, and my boundaries as an artist. As a result, my practice utilizes techniques that push the traditional process. Somewhere in the midst of it all, somewhere between deconstruction and reconstruction, I discover new levels of humanness in the work and in myself.
